During production, our QC team randomly selects products for testing using professional tools, documenting results in test reports. Injection parts are inspected every 2 hours.

3.Process Check

Each machine features an injection molding work list, QC inspection report, work instructions, inspection standards, and injection molding parameter tables.

On each machine,we have our Work list of injection molding.QC Inspection Report, Work Instruction,Inspection Standard and Parameter of Injection Molding list pasted.

4.Packaging and Assembly Control

The list on the right is the “Work Guide”, which shows how to pack, etc. The list on the left is the "Inspection Standard" for workers to take out the product from the injection molding machine for quality inspection.All efforts aim to maintain strict control over the production process.
